Intercedent (Berkel en Rodenrijs - Breda) - Full-time - HOBIJ Berkel & Breda - Breda

Do you enjoy being close to the customer and the people working there? Does your heart beat faster from organizing, improving, and thinking ahead? Then this is the job for you!

This is what you will do

As an intercedent, you are the extension of our customer and the fixed point of contact for your team of temporary workers. You will work primarily at our inhouse locations in the Berkel en Rodenrijs/Breda region. Because of this, you know what is happening and can switch gears quickly.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly. You consult regularly with the customer about the forecast, objectives, and pool management. What is coming up? Do we have enough people? And where do we need to adjust?

You are also a familiar face for our temporary workers. You ensure a good onboarding, answer questions, and maintain contact regarding how they are doing. You know what their plans and ambitions are and signal when someone needs extra attention.

In addition, you ensure that the administration regarding, among other things, leave, absenteeism, and termination is in order. This allows the weekly payroll to be processed correctly.

And do you see something that could be smarter or better? Then you take action. You discuss the opportunities you see with the right people and help to actually implement improvements. Sitting still? Not a part of this position.
