Executive (HR & Admin)
Job Description Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee. Process and submit monthly payroll and related reports accurately and on time. Manage employee training and development by administering courses and addressing training needs. Handle for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers. Administer work injury compensation claims in compliance with regulations. Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure proper filing systems. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR operations and business needs. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Operations. Relevant experience in Construction field would be an added advantage. Proficient in Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act. A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
