Executive / Senior Executive, Shipping Transshipment

Key Responsibilities Manage Singapore transshipment (inbound & outbound) operations.

Support and guide Malaysia transshipment staff, including handling operational exceptions and emergencies.

Monitor dwell time and control operational costs, including PSA-related charges (e.g. re-nomination, shut-out, storage rent).

Prepare operational reports and perform data analysis.

Drive process improvement initiatives and coordinate IT enhancement requests with HQ.

Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and transshipment requirements.

Maintain knowledge of Southeast Asia feeder networks to support operational planning.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Preferably 1-2 years of shipping, logistics, or transshipment experience.

Good understanding of Singapore transshipment operations, PSA tariffs, customs regulations, and regional feeder networks.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
