Sales & Marketing Executive (Property/Real Estate)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project targets.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline and conversion rates; recommend improvements.
- Support sales team management and coordinate with external partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR and events.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors and promotional materials.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies.
- Support property project launches from pre-launch to post-launch stages.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure accuracy of sales and marketing materials.
- Manage customer enquiries and maintain relationships with property agents and partners.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenditure tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales and marketing.
- Experience in property project launches and collaboration with property agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
