Land Surveyor (Construction/ North or East Region)

Responsibilities:  Establish control points and benchmarks. Perform structural and architectural setting-out. Check alignment, levels, coordinates, and dimensions. Conduct as-built surveys. Monitor structural movement and settlement. Prepare survey records and reports. Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. Ensure accurate precast setting-out. Requirements Diploma/qualification in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ relevant surveying experience in Singapore. Experience in construction surveying and setting-out.
