Electrical Manager (TWRP Project/ PUB)

Your tasks

• Lead and review electrical designs, drawings and engineering calculations.
• Verify equipment sizing, cable sizing and voltage drop calculations.
• Conduct power system studies for PCC, MCC, DB and load distribution.
• Manage electrical equipment procurement, specifications and technical bid evaluations.
• Review and approve technical submissions from vendors and contractors.
• Manage project schedules, costs, progress and site technical issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, PUB and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with BIM models, project specifications and approved drawings.
• Prepare quality inspection checklists for electrical installations.
• Oversee testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of industrial electrical systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a PEB-recognised university.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager; over 8 years for Manager.
• Experience in wastewater, water reclamation, industrial plants or heavy infrastructure preferred.
• Proficient in ETAP, AutoCAD and BIM/6D BIM workflows.
• BCSS or CSCPM certification required.
• Relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications.
• Confined Space Safety Assessor (CSSA) certification preferred.
• Familiarity with PUB safety requirements and risk management procedures.
