Responsibilities and assignments

• Manage technical support teams or act in project management within the ICT infrastructure area.
• Ensure the maintenance of technologies regarding the Storage and Microsoft Datacenter Solutions category;
• Perform monitoring activities for infrastructure services;
• Carry out requirements analysis for systems and infrastructure;
• Conduct and structure project management within the technical scope;
• Perform basic written communication and reading of technical articles in English for interaction in tickets with manufacturers.

Requirements and qualifications

Necessary requirements:

• Have a higher education degree or completed specialization in the Information Technology area;
• Have professional experience in the Information Technology area;
• Active experience in managing technical support teams or in managing Information Technology infrastructure projects, preferably in large companies and high-availability environments;
• Have relevant certification or experience in the maintenance of one of the technologies that make up the Storage and Microsoft Solutions for Datacenter service category;
• Have proven certification or training in ITIL Foundation V3 or higher, with equivalent training accepted upon proof;
• Have the technical capacity to perform queries and analyses in SIEM tools, such as Splunk SPL, Microsoft Sentinel KQL, Elastic Search EQL, or similar solutions;
• Have practical knowledge in Git, including the use of the command line and execution of operations such as commit, pull, and push;
• Have knowledge of technical English applied to the Information Technology area, with the ability to perform basic reading and written communications;
• Have solid knowledge in project management and monitoring of Information Technology infrastructure services.
