We continue to expand our presence through initiatives in various sectors, including information & telecommunication systems, power systems, social infrastructure & industrial systems, electronic systems and equipment, construction machinery, high-functional materials and components, automotive systems, and home appliances, among others.  Position Overview  The Financial Institutions Business Unit (FIBU) has been delivering IT solutions to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients across the region for over a decade. As we continue to expand our technology transformation and managed services business, we are seeking a senior leader to drive strategic delivery portfolios, enterprise technology transformation, and long-term customer engagements.  This role combines technology delivery, enterprise architecture, customer engagement, regulatory oversight, commercial accountability, and people leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to shape and deliver technology transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and operational resilience programmes. The role requires leadership across multidisciplinary teams, external partners, contractors, and stakeholders, driving successful outcomes through influence, collaboration, and governance.   Key Duties & Responsibilities  Strategic Technology Delivery Leadership  Lead and govern a portfolio of complex technology projects, programmes, and managed services engagements. 

Ensure successful delivery of customer commitments within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters. 

Provide executive oversight for digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, data, and application development initiatives. 

Drive delivery consistency, predictability, and operational excellence across multiple teams, countries, and service areas. 

Lead recovery and remediation of strategic or high-risk engagements. 

Establish delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, performance standards, and best practices. 

Technology Strategy & Architecture Governance  Define enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud architecture supporting customer transformation roadmaps. 

Develop technology roadmaps, architecture standards, reference architectures, and modernization strategies. 

Provide strategic leadership across data center technologies, enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, hybrid cloud environments, security architecture, platform services, middleware and integration platforms, digital banking infrastructure, and operational resilience platforms. 

Provide architecture guidance throughout the solution lifecycle and govern architecture decisions for strategic programmes and managed services engagements. 

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives. 

Establish architecture governance forums, design reviews, and technical assurance processes. 

Customer & Executive Stakeholder Management  Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, and other senior technology stakeholders. 

Act as a strategic technology advisor for cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and operational resilience programmes. 

Lead customer governance meetings, steering committees, architecture reviews, and executive presentations. 

Support customers in defining future-state technology strategies and transformation roadmaps. 

Drive customer satisfaction, trust, and long-term account growth. 

Commercial & Financial Leadership  Own delivery financial performance and overall project profitability within the assigned portfolio. 

Manage revenue realization, project margins, resource utilization, and forecasting accuracy. 

Support strategic presales activities, proposal development, solution reviews, and pursuit teams. 

Drive cloud cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency initiatives for customers. 

Contribute technology leadership to improve competitiveness and business growth. 

Governance, Risk & Compliance  Establish programme, technology, architecture, and delivery governance frameworks. 

Ensure solutions and delivery align with applicable regulatory requirements, customer obligations, information security standards, operational resilience expectations, business continuity and disaster recovery requirements, and internal audit and quality standards. 

Lead technical review boards and risk governance forums. 

Drive effective identification, mitigation, escalation, and reporting of technology risks. 

Support customer audits, regulatory assessments, and independent reviews as required. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration, Technical Influence & People Development   Provide technical and delivery leadership across multidisciplinary teams through influence, collaboration, and effective governance, including teams outside formal reporting lines.  

Influence architecture, engineering, operations, presales, partners, contractors, and customer teams to achieve agreed outcomes.  

Share expertise and contribute to capability development in cloud, infrastructure, technology governance, and digital transformation.  

Provide formal people management, including setting priorities, managing performance, supporting development, and ensuring delivery accountability.  

Support broader capability building, knowledge sharing, and talent development aligned with business objectives.  

Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer success. 

Educational & Professional Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 

Master's degree or MBA would be advantageous. 

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, SAFe, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, or equivalent would be advantageous. 

Experience  Extensive experience in technology delivery, infrastructure services, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, or managed services. 

Significant leadership experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or another highly regulated industry. 

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology portfolios and transformation programmes. 

Strong track record delivering mission-critical systems with demanding security, availability, resilience, and compliance requirements. 

Experience defining enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud strategies. 

Experience managing delivery financial performance and customer-facing delivery organizations. 

Experience leading geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams and engaging C-level stakeholders. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  Strong knowledge of enterprise and infrastructure architecture, hybrid cloud platforms, data center technologies, security architecture, platform modernization, and technology governance. 

Strong knowledge of programme and portfolio management, managed services, IT service management, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, cloud operations, and service excellence frameworks. 

Good understanding of BFSI technology environments, operational resilience, cybersecurity governance, third-party risk management, and applicable regulatory expectations. 

Strong commercial acumen, financial management, negotiation, influencing, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. 

Ability to translate business objectives into practical technology, roadmaps and delivery priorities.
