Senior Technician (Air-Conditioning & Electrical Maintenance)

Job Description: Lead and supervise a team of technicians and workers in carrying out maintenance and servicing works at customer premises. Plan manpower deployment and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure smooth operations. Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of air-conditioning, electrical, and plant systems. Investigate equipment faults and breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators to coordinate maintenance and ad hoc works. Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to team members while fostering effective teamwork and collaboration. Perform duties independently and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Minimum NITEC in Air-Conditioning Engineering, Higher NITEC in Air-Conditioning Engineering, or Diploma in Engineering. At least 10 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning, electrical, or M&E maintenance works. Experience leading and supervising a team of technicians and workers. Proficient in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of air-conditioning and electrical systems. Able to troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC systems. Experience in fault investigation and root cause analysis. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in commercial, industrial, or building maintenance environments will be an advantage. Able to perform ad hoc duties during weekends when required.
