Accounting & Tax Supervisor - BTS Asoke (Must be able to communicate in Chinese only)

1. Tax Management and Auditing

• Plan and execute tax filings accurately and according to deadlines
• Plan tax strategies to ensure legal compliance and maximum efficiency
• Coordinate and support both internal and external audits
• Prepare data and financial reports to support audits

1. Financial Management

• Develop and improve work systems, including the company's financial processes
• Drive and implement operations in accordance with ESG standards related to finance
• Prepare budgets, monthly financial statements, and annual financial statements
• Analyze budget utilization and monitor financial performance
• Control the company's financial status, assess financial risks, and determine risk management measures to maintain the stability and security of company assets

1. Treasury Management

• Plan and manage Cash Flow
• Manage and allocate capital for maximum efficiency
• Maintain the company's financial liquidity
• Control financial costs and optimize the allocation of financial resources

1. Other Duties

• Coordinate with the Head Office and internal departments to drive and support financial work
• Responsible for the development, training, and capacity building of the team
• Create a good working atmosphere and promote teamwork

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax; experience from accounting firms, shipping companies, or Freight Forwarder/logistics businesses will be given special consideration
• Knowledge and understanding of financial processes, tax systems, and Thai tax laws; able to perform tasks such as VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax (P.N.D.)
• Experience using electronic tax systems (E-Tax) will be given special consideration
• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration / Basic English communication skills
• Good communication, coordination, working under pressure, and problem-solving skills; experience in Project Management will be given special consideration
• Holding a Thai Accountant/Certified Public Accountant license (CPD/CPA) will be given special consideration
• Proficient in using Excel, Python, and various data analysis tools, as well as proficient in using SAP Finance

Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English at a fluent level Work 5 days per week, Saturday–Sunday off
