Spa Therapist
Your tasks
- Administer Therapies: Perform massages (such as Swedish or deep tissue), facials, body wraps, scrubs, waxing, and nail care according to spa protocols.
- Client Consultations: Greet guests, review health histories, ask about allergies or medical concerns, and recommend suitable treatments or homecare routines.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, change linens after every appointment, and maintain equipment safety.
- Inventory and Maintenance: Track product usage, restock room supplies, and report equipment or maintenance issues to management.
- Sales and Promotion: Recommend and upsell spa retail products, package deals, or seasonal service upgrades.
- Record Keeping: Update digital or physical client files with treatment notes and preferences for future visits.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist / Masseuse
- Knowledge of different massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone)
- Skilled in body treatments, facials, waxing, scrubs, pedicures
- Good customer service & communication skills
- Neat, professional appearance and good hygiene
- Must be friendly, punctual, and customer-focused
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Spa
