• Full time
• Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm
• Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm

· Job objective:

Personalized advisory to mid- and high-socioeconomic level clients for decision-making regarding their real estate investments. Training for real estate developments, real estate agencies, and brokers on the use of financing.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree, graduate, or incomplete.
• Age 20 to 50 years.
• Excellent executive presentation.
• Passion for sales.
• Confidence, self-assurance, self-control, initiative, tolerance, and emotional management.
• Eliminate personal beliefs that limit the sales process.
• Telephone Appointment Setting.
• Objection Handling.
• Detecting real client needs.
• Persuasive Language.
• More than experience, we care about attitude.
