Notary Advisor - Jr Lawyer

We are looking for someone with experience in deed processes, trusts, and real estate sales, oriented towards customer service and the follow-up of legal procedures.

What will you do in this position?

• Provide comprehensive follow-up to notary processes related to purchase-sale operations and housing finance.
• Coordinate and manage deed processes, credit formalization, and trusts.
• Maintain constant communication with notary offices, clients, and providers to ensure compliance with timelines and legal requirements.
• Supervise files and legal documentation.
• Provide advice and guidance during the formalization process of real estate operations.
• Generate follow-up reports and improvement proposals to optimize processes.

Profile we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields (indispensable) or Intern.
• Experience in notary offices, real estate, developers, or institutions related to notary processes.
• English B2 -C1
• Solid knowledge in:
• Purchase-sale contracts.
• Fideicomisos.
• Escrituraciones.
• Notary processes.
• Real estate legal documentation.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Customer orientation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in technological tools and administrative systems.

Working conditions

• On-site modality
• Formal dress code

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 hrs.
• Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 hrs.
