Job Summary

We are seeking two energetic, confident, and sales-oriented TikTok Live Hosts / E-commerce Presenters to present products, interact with viewers, and promote online sales through engaging livestreams and short videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Host TikTok livestreams and introduce the company’s products engagingly and professionally.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions.

• Demonstrate plastic household products and small home appliances during livestreams.

• Respond promptly and politely to questions and comments from viewers.

• Encourage viewers to place orders and help the company achieve livestream sales targets.

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to prepare livestream topics, scripts, promotions, and product demonstrations.

• Record short promotional videos for TikTok and other social-media platforms.

• Follow current TikTok trends and suggest creative content ideas.

• Maintain a friendly, energetic, and trustworthy on-camera image.

• Review livestream performance, including viewer numbers, engagement, enquiries, and sales.

• Keep products and the livestream area clean, organized and ready for presentation.

• Follow company policies and protect confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Media or a related field is preferred.

• Strong spoken English and clear verbal communication skills.

• Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Good presentation, persuasion and customer-engagement skills.

• Familiarity with TikTok, livestreaming and social-media content.

• Previous experience in livestreaming, sales, customer service, content creation or product promotion is an advantage.

• Able to learn product information quickly and explain it accurately.

• Creative, energetic, responsible, punctual, and results-oriented.

• Able to work flexible hours when livestream schedules require evenings or weekends.

• Basic video recording and editing skills are an advantage.

• Applicants without livestreaming experience may be considered if they have strong presentation ability and are willing to learn.
