The family business has achieved world market and technology leadership in the development and manufacture of large machines and production lines for the production and decoration of cylindrical hollow bodies. A modular plant concept for the production and decoration of cans, tubes, and shells made of aluminum and plastic offers packaging manufacturers—the customers of Hinterkopf—the flexibility to react quickly to changing market conditions.

Team Assistant in Technical Purchasing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Request, prepare, and compare offers
• Record orders
• Check, process, and record order confirmations and invoices
• Monitor deadlines and ensure demand-oriented material supply
• Clarify technical and commercial questions with specialist departments and suppliers
• Process complaints
• Record, update, and manage master data

Your qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial or technical training and have practical experience in technical purchasing
• You have excellent knowledge of using ERP systems, Word, and Excel
• You work in a structured, independent, and committed manner
• You have good English skills.
• You enjoy working in a team.
