[1-Month Temp] Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Driver (Vessel Ops)

Salary: S$2,000 - S$2,800 / Month + OT Pay]

Job Description We are seeking a reliable, licensed Logistics Executive / Forklift Driver for an immediate 1-month full-time contract (21 September 2026 to 16 October 2026) . You will be responsible for receiving goods from suppliers, verifying documentation, operating a forklift for pallet movements, and preparing cargo to meet vessel loading schedules. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inbound Checks: Receive incoming goods from suppliers and perform physical checks against vendor Delivery Orders (DO) and company Purchase Orders (PO) . Forklift & Pallet Handling: Safely operate a forklift to unload, transport, and stack palletized goods in the warehouse. Packing & Outbound Prep: Pack and secure pallets according to vessel loading requirements. Vessel Coordination: Monitor vessel schedule timings and ensure all outgoing cargo is prepped and ready on time. Overtime Readiness: Stand by for OT work as required, including midnight shift loading dependent on vessel arrivals. Other time could be free, we are not going to see you. Others: We do not micro-manage. If there are no active tasks, you are free to manage your own time—as long as all duties assigned are completed efficiently and on time!

Job Requirements License: Must hold a valid WSQ Operate Forklift certification. Experience: Hands-on experience in receiving goods, checking PO/DO documentation, and warehouse packing. Schedule Flexibility: Able and willing to do Overtime (OT) , including late night/midnight loading when dictated by vessel ETAs (1-2 times per month). Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred (5-days commitment). Perks & Benefits Overtime Pay: OT paid at 1.5x / 2.0x basic hourly rate in accordance with MOM guidelines.
