Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description Supervision & Coordination : Manage daily site activities, direct workers and subcontractors, and ensure work follows design, schedule, and quality standards.

Safety & Compliance : Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.

Quality Control : Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.

Project Tracking : Report progress to project managers, maintain logs of site activities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Material & Equipment Management : Oversee delivery, usage, and maintenance of construction materials and equipment.

Team Management : Lead and motivate workers, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts.

📋 Requirements Education : Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

Experience : Typically 3–5 years in construction supervision or related role.
