As an engineering administrator and order-taker (Emirati), you’re not just supporting seamless operation of the hotel's engineering department – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support for the engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Manage order-taking requests: Receive and log engineering service requests, assign work orders to the appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate maintenance requests: Receive, record, and follow up on maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments, ensuring timely assistance from the engineering team.
- Handle communication and coordination: Manage incoming calls and emails, assign maintenance requests, and ensure professional communication with relevant departments.
