Are you ready for a new challenge? Then we would like to invite you! But what will you be doing? You provide a warm welcome to the guests of Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. You welcome them in our lobby, enjoy making small talk, and you are always available for our guests. Your daily tasks revolve around delivering a great guest experience. You welcome guests in our hotel lobby by proactively approaching them and you help them by answering all the questions they may have about our hotel or the surroundings. That makes you the welcome committee of the hotel. Additionally, you are able to help guests with booking tickets for museums, taxis, etc. Do you recognize yourself as our Front Office Agent? Then we are looking for you! In addition to an enthusiastic personality, you are/have:

• Experience in providing service, preferably in a hotel
• A true team player with a 'Hands on' mentality
• A welcoming attitude and you are representative
• Communication skills in English
• Flexible to work, also in the evenings and on the weekend (and at night)
