As a Bartender, you are the face of the bar. You work closely with your colleagues to provide our guests with sincere service, quality drinks, and wonderful moments. You already know the basics; what we are looking for is someone who brings personality, team spirit, and pride to everything they do.

What you will do:

• Work together with your team to ensure unforgettable guest experiences
• Prepare and serve drinks, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate
• Handle transactions via the Micros system
• Open and close shifts
• Manage stock and ensure the bar is organized and ready for guests
• Work according to food safety and HACCP guidelines
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm with guests and colleagues

What you bring:

• Passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage
• Experience as a bartender is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important
• Knowledge of beverages (spirits, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea) or the willingness to learn this
• A guest-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
• A true team player mentality
• Good command of English (Dutch and other languages are a plus)
• Flexibility to work during the week and on weekends
• Your own style – we value individuality
