As a Sourcing Specialist (m/w/d), you secure the foundation of our success: the excellent operational management of our supply chains. Your primary focus is on independent scheduling and material availability for our production and assembly lines. You master the daily purchasing business blindly and ensure seamless supply - even in dynamic times. Based on this strong operational foundation, you will drive improvement and digitalization initiatives in the second step, take over the management of optimization projects, and actively help shape our processes.

YOUR TASKS

• Core responsibility for scheduling: Independent, proactive management of all scheduling tasks in daily business to ensure seamless material availability for the assembly lines.
• Supply security: Proactive bottleneck management and continuous monitoring of supply chains to secure operational production.
• Supplier & stakeholder management: Close cooperation at internal interfaces as well as active support in international supplier management.
• KPI management: Responsibility for relevant operational KPIs and continuous assurance of Operational Excellence.
• Process optimization & project management: Successful takeover and independent management of projects for process optimization and digitalization (e.g., automation of scheduling processes) after successful training in the operational business.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training or ideally a completed degree with a focus on Purchasing / Logistics
• Professional experience in a comparable position and experience in participating in and independently implementing projects
• Confident handling of ERP-Systemen and MS-Office
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Initiative and motivation to question processes and actively drive and implement improvements and projects
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Negotiation skills as well as flexibility and implementation strength
• Analytical thinking and the ability to use numbers and KPIs for decision-making

For this position, a collective agreement minimum wage of the Metalltechnischen Industrie applies. The actual salary is above the collective agreement and is based on the Vorarlberg labor market and your professional experience.
