Behind every red case stands a strong team – become part of our global spare parts logistics.

As Team Leader SDC, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal distribution to the European Tool Service Centers and customers in cooperation with your entire team. In doing so, you are responsible for the flexible and efficient deployment of your team members, taking into account the corporate culture as well as the fulfillment of the department-relevant KPIs and thus customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Leading and coaching employees based on the leadership mission statement as well as making all personnel decisions within your area of responsibility
  • Coaching through structured and documented feedback based on concrete examples to further develop employee competencies and to implement goals and measures of the corporate strategy
  • Training and further education of employees in close cooperation with the Head of Spare Parts Management
  • Daily monitoring of replenishment, inventory accounting, parameter settings (incl. spare-parts-availability), deadline monitoring, warehouse receipts, complaint processing, and range control
  • Daily processing of spare parts orders, including packaging and shipping
  • Active participation in achieving performance goals
  • Continuous optimization of workflows and work equipment
  • Shift and vacation planning for the department

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training (ideally in logistics) or have many years of relevant experience in this field.
  • You bring initial leadership experience (e.g., as a shift supervisor, team coordinator, or foreman) and know how to not just manage people, but to inspire them.
  • You possess natural assertiveness and enjoy developing others through structured feedback.
  • Using MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP-R3 is part of your standard repertoire.
  • Good written and spoken English skills enable you to communicate with international colleagues.
  • You work independently, are highly committed, and ideally possess a forklift license (or the desire to obtain one with us).
  • You are interested in proactive further training and want to continuously develop within your role.
