Drive product listing and shelf presence across pharmacies, beauty stores, supermarkets, and other relevant retail outlets

Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail and distribution partners/stockists, negotiating listing terms, shelf placement, and stocking volumes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners/managers/pharmacists to secure and protect shelf space and favorable positioning.

Monitor stock levels and sell-through at retail points, coordinating restocks and preventing stock-outs or overstocking.

Track and expand the brand's retail footprint (number of active stockists/outlets).

Get the product listed, optimized, and actively selling on relevant online marketplaces and platforms (e.g. Jumia, Konga, Instagram/WhatsApp shops, brand website) in addition to owned digital channels.

Manage online storefront content (product listings, pricing, reviews/ratings) to maximize visibility and conversion on each platform.

Coordinate with platform account managers/partners to run promotions, secure placement, and resolve listing or fulfillment issues.

Plan and execute terrestrial marketing activities — in-store activations, product sampling, roadshows, market storming, pharmacy/clinic engagement, and community or event-based marketing.

Build a calendar of on-ground activations aligned to key retail and seasonal periods, tracking footfall, engagement, and resulting sales.

Gather on-ground market and competitor intelligence (pricing, shelf presence, consumer reactions) from the field to inform strategy.

Support the retail and terrestrial push with brand visibility efforts — social media, PR, influencer/dermatologist partnerships — that drive customers to ask for the product in-store and online.
