IT Network & CCTV Systems Specialist

About the company

On behalf of our client, the largest company in the security systems sector, we are looking for an IT Specialist who will be responsible for the design, configuration, and stability of the network infrastructure that supports digital (IP) CCTV systems.

Your tasks

Main Responsibilities Design and configuration of network infrastructures (IP addressing, VLANs, Routing, Switching) for the optimal transmission of camera data volume.

Configuration and management of MikroTik Routers, Switches, and wireless links (Wireless Links) for industrial or corporate installations over long distances.

Configuration of digital cameras (IP) and recording systems (NVRs) with an emphasis on connection stability.

Provision of on-site and remote technical support for the resolution of technical and network problems.

Diagnosis and immediate restoration of malfunctions concerning network stability and the bandwidth of CCTV systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Degree in Informatics, Networks, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.

Good understanding and experience in network management (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewall rules, VPNs).

Ability for analytical troubleshooting with an emphasis on network infrastructure.

Good knowledge of the English language (technical terminology).

Possession of a driving license (Category B).

Desired Qualifications (Will be considered a significant advantage) Knowledge of the RouterOS environment and experience or specialization in advanced routing and wireless links.

Possession of MikroTik certifications (MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCWE) or a similar inclination towards them.

Previous experience in IP CCTV projects or certification in camera systems.
