expanding and we are searching for a
Junior Brand Manager
Oncology (m/f/x)
The Position
Reporting directly to the Commercial Head Oncology the role is to
support the brand teams. You will play an important role in supporting the
development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for therapeutic
area Breast cancer. Working closely with cross-functional teams across the
Nordics and in the Alliance you will contribute to the overall success of our
brand by implementing marketing strategies that drive awareness, market
shares and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
Assist in the development of brand strategies and positioning in
collaboration with the Nordic Brand manager
Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans to achieve
brand objectives
Market analysis and Research:
Support the Commercial team in conducting market research to identify
trends, opportunities and competitive landscape
Analyse data customer insights to form brand strategies and positioning
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with creative vendors and digital team to execute marketing
campaigns across various channels and countries in the Nordics
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with sales, medical affairs and market access team to
align on brand strategies and business objectives
Collaborate with key stakeholders and alliance partner to ensure
consistency in brand messaging and execution
Budget Management:
Assist in the development and management of brand budgets
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing
initiatives
Market training and support:
Provide training and support to sales teams and product knowledge
and key messaging
Develop marketing materials and tools to support teams across
the Nordics
Professional experience
and personal skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in similar position in the pharmaceutical field
or related
Strong analytical and strategic mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate, build trust and relationships in a cross-functional
environment
Proactive with a patient and customer centric mindset
Fluent in Danish and English
Experience from a Nordic organization is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
