expanding and we are searching for a
HR & Finance
Administration Coordinator
(m/f/x)
The Position
The HR & Finance Administration Coordinator will support the local
Head of HR and the Finance Manager in several administrational tasks that
cover the Nordic countries. The position will report to Nordic Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities
HR Admin:
Coordinate the payroll administration in collaboration with our external
payroll provider i.e. governmental reporting as vacation reports, etc
Provide salary and benefits data for benchmark to our external
European vendor
Monitor legally required absence registration (sick leave, parental leave,
etc) and report to public authorities
Provide and secure correct data and support internal processes in our
people management system (SuccessFactors)
Finance Admin:
Coordinate the company car administration in collaboration with
our external lease car provider
Coordinate and administrate Concur expense reporting
Invoice handling, releasing of invoices, follow up with stakeholders
and vendors
Ad hoc finance admin (credit check of vendors, monthly overview
of open items etc.)
Supporting month-end closing with HQ
Data and statistic reporting to governments
Professional experience
and personal skills:
Relevant education
Min. 3 years of experience from a similar position in a Nordic set up
within the Life Science Industry
Knowledge of payroll administration process
Skilled in SuccessFactors and SAP is an advantage
Collaborative, team-player and proactive person with a sense of humour
Detail oriented
Fluency in Danish and English
