Our client, Daiichi Sankyo Nordics, is now
expanding and we are searching for a
Compliance Manager
(m/f/x)
The Position
You will report to the Nordic Head of Legal and Compliance, and will provide
support to the business in to ensure that all operations and business
activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
In this position, compliance is the heart of everything we do in the Nordics
countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland).
Key Responsibilities
Drive training and awareness on compliance and concerned legal
matters by designing and executing training programs for the Nordics
Develop and review policies and procedures designed to prevent
and detect conduct inconsistent with applicable requirements
Prepare and execute together with designated colleagues pre-approved
compliance monitoring activities
Help strengthening the Compliance Program, incl. identification of
program improvements and ensure implementation and adherence
to the program at a local level with support of the Head of Legal
and Compliance
Prepare guidance documents, presentations as well as training material
Provide counselling and resolve questions from internal clients regarding
compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including the Code of
Conduct and any anti-corruption policies.
Be an active partner in designing and further developing the company’s
policies and procedures
Support management and implementation of procedures and systems
relating to company’s transparency obligations
Help develop good contract management and efficient contract process
Review and analyze legislation and regulations affecting the organization
and perform internal adaptations accordingly where necessary
Professional experience
and personal skills:
Master degree in Law or relevant
Minimum 2-4 years of experience within pharmaceutical and/or
associated industry
Have a deep understanding of the legal and compliance rules,
regulations and codes
Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
Have strong communication skills; you can keep things simple
but still focus on key-messages and communicate clearly
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a group setting with
colleagues across the organization
Take responsibility and show initiative, and make sure you understand
the business
Work in very structured way, that you are able to find the balance
between being detail-oriented and providing practical and constructive
advice
Team player and strong communicator with a collaborative work style
Drive and motivation for self-development and learning, and to share
knowledge and experience across the company
Additional information
Our Nordic office in Copenhagen is situated in “Woods” office building
where sustainability plays a big part, from recycled building materials,
solar cells and upcycled furniture to social responsibility and a positive
contribution to the local environment.
