Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Master's degree in a related field will be given special consideration) 5–7 years of total work experience, with at least 3–5 years of experience at a Team Lead level or higher in Procurement, Operations, or General Management Expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and business contract negotiation skills Knowledge and understanding of Thai labor law and the ability to correctly apply it in actual operations Experience in applying for and managing BOI projects, including visa and Work Permit processes for Japanese executives/employees Knowledge and understanding of basic financial statements and tax structures, with the ability to plan and control budgets effectively Analytical thinking, decision-making, and effective problem-solving skills Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (5+ years of experience as a Japanese interpreter will be given special consideration) Communicative English skills Experience coordinating directly with Japanese nationals or Japanese executives, understanding Japanese corporate culture, and the ability to work well under pressure Able to drive a car and possesses a driver's license (possession of a personal vehicle will be given special consideration)
