• Experienced as Captain or Supervisor for minimum 2-3 years;
• Minimum education of High School or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent;
• Proficient in POS systems and managing daily financial closing reports;
• Good communication skills for guest relations and complaint handling;
• Strong ability to supervise staff and maintain operational service standards.
