Finance Accounting

Bisma Group (Hijack Sandals, Akross, Karrot) is currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Finance Accounting.

📍 Placement: Bandung 🕒 Employment Type: Part Time

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing daily finance and accounting operational activities
• Prepare and maintain sales recaps from offline stores, online channels, and marketplaces
• Reconcile bank transactions and match incoming payments with sales transactions
• Perform accounts receivable administrative tasks and transaction tracking
• Process and maintain records of inventory transfers
• Assist in recording journal transactions and maintaining accurate financial data
• Process payment requests and conduct budget checking
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting monthly closing activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, payment, and inventory data accuracy
• Provide administrative support for audit and tax-related processes when needed

Qualification:

• Final-year student or minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiar with accounting software (Jurnal, Accurate, SAP, etc.) is a plus
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus
