We're Looking for a Barista ☕ At Rea Coffee Studio, we believe great coffee starts with great people. If you love coffee industry, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you. What We're Looking For :
- At least 8 month of experience in coffee industry
- Confident with espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Calm, organized, and able to work well during busy hours
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
- Friendly with good communication skills
- Experience as a shift leader or supervisor is a plus
What You'll Do :
- Craft coffee and other beverages following Rea Coffee Studio's standards
- Perform daily dial-in and maintain espresso consistency
- Ensure every drink looks beautiful and tastes its best
- Welcome every guest with warm and genuine hospitality
- Keep the bar, equipment, and workspace clean and organized
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Help monitor stock and handle ingredients with care
- Support daily operational tasks and documentation when needed
