Computerized Warehouse Keeper

• Receiving goods: Intake, unloading, and meticulous inspection (quantitative and qualitative) of electronic components and assemblies.
• Computerized inventory management: Regular and accurate updating of inventory data in the Priority system.
• Picking and issuing: Picking components according to work orders (Picking List) and preparing kits (Kitting) for the production and development departments.
• Quality and inventory control: Performing periodic inventory counts (Cycle Counts), resolving shortages and discrepancies, and maintaining warehouse order and organization.
• Packaging and shipping: Professional packaging of orders, generating delivery notes and shipping documents (including international).
• Shipment tracking: Understanding and experience in local and international shipping fields, tracking import and export shipments, couriers, etc.
• Working with interfaces: Ongoing coordination with Purchasing, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Logistics departments.
• Previous experience: At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a high-tech company - Mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic components and items for embedded systems: Proven knowledge and experience in identifying, classifying, and storing electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, printed circuit boards, ICs, mechanical items, hardware, screws, etc.
• Computer orientation: Full command of the Priority system and knowledge of Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Driver's license: Valid driver's license - Mandatory.
• Languages: Ability to read and write in English at a good level (essential for reading shipping documents and components).
