Your tasks

Job Description

• Providing technical support to customers and business partners during the implementation and integration of RFID technologies and products.
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues arising during the deployment of hardware and software solutions.
• Providing expert technical advice in the field of system integration, testing, and operation of RFID systems.
• Preparing technical documentation, application recommendations, and training materials.
• Conducting professional training and presentations for customers, partners, and internal employees.
• Collaborating with development and product teams to address technical customer requirements.
• Supporting the implementation of embedded devices and related technologies.
• Verifying solution compatibility, testing systems, and supporting the troubleshooting of escalated technical incidents.
• Communicating with foreign customers and partners in English.
• Occasional business trips within the Czech Republic and abroad.

Requirements

Required Knowledge

• English language at an advanced level (daily communication)
• Knowledge of RFID technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge of HW/SW system integration
• Experience with technical support and technical problem solving
• Knowledge of programming languages C/C++ or Python is an advantage
