Job Summary You will provide professional pet grooming services while ensuring pet safety and welfare, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting showroom operations. Responsibilities Perform pet grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and haircuts to meet pet care standards Conduct pre-grooming assessments to evaluate pets’ physical condition, coat quality, and temperament for safe grooming Handle pets safely and humanely throughout grooming to ensure their comfort and well-being Identify and report visible health concerns, injuries, or unusual behaviors observed during grooming to appropriate personnel Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming tools, equipment, and work areas to comply with company and animal welfare standards Follow company grooming procedures and adhere to applicable animal welfare requirements consistently Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, service recommendations, and aftercare instructions Manage grooming appointments efficiently to ensure timely completion of services Maintain accurate grooming records and update customer information as required for service tracking Assist with showroom operations and respond to customer inquiries to support overall customer experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in pet grooming Relevant pet grooming training or certification Knowledge of animal handling, grooming techniques, and pet welfare practices Patience and attentiveness in handling pets of various sizes and temperaments Good communication and customer service skills Responsible, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays according to schedule
