Material Controller

Job Description & Requirements: Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on approved drawings. Coordinate with the Client Engineer or Hiap Seng representative for material procurement requests. Upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO), arrange for the collection of materials from the Client’s warehouse. Update the material details in the relevant summary file, submit copies of the Mill Certificates to in house QA/QC, and arrange for the required inspection. Upon completion of the QA/QC inspection, release and issue the materials to the fabrication team. Maintain the material storage area in good housekeeping condition and ensure proper and accurate material records are maintained. Must be willing to work at Pulau Bukom, Singapore
