Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and implement recommendations as necessary.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.

• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor expenses to improve profitability.
• ERP System Oversight: Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
