Your tasks
- Design and develop precision engineering components, mechanical parts, and assemblies.
- Develop new products and improve existing designs to meet customer requirements.
- Select suitable materials, dimensions, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with production, CNC machining, and quality control teams to ensure product quality.
- Review and improve product designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and performance.
- Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain proper engineering documentation and records.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in precision engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, milling, turning, and fabrication processes.
- Good understanding of engineering materials, dimensional tolerances, and fits.
- Experience in designing precision components and mechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with production and engineering teams.
