FOOD INDUSTRY QUALITY AND SAFETY ASSISTANT (M/F)

About the company

A CE-approved workshop for meat cutting and the manufacturing of processed products, located at the MIN of Rungis, and a Parisian retail butcher shop, are looking for a FOOD INDUSTRY QUALITY AND SAFETY ASSISTANT. Under the direction of the Group Quality, Safety and Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

Your tasks

• performing quality and safety controls defined according to the control plan (products, labeling, good practices, traceability, cold chain, cleaning...),

• recording and monitoring non-conformities and their corrective actions,
• participating in the implementation and monitoring of the quality management system (supplier evaluation, documentation system, quality indicators),
• participating in responding to customer requests (complaints, specifications, quality questionnaires, action plans),
• participating in the drafting of files for the authorities (DDPP),
• participating in staff training in Hygiene, Quality and Safety.

Requirements

You hold a Licence professionnelle in Quality of Food Industries or a BTS or DUT in Quality with experience in the Food Industry. You are proficient in English. Schedule from Monday to Friday: 05:00-12:30 (variable according to service needs) Permanent contract (CDI) Monthly gross salary: €2,400 (+ night shift premium) Mutual insurance + meal vouchers + year-end bonus included.
