Our company has proudly served the commercial and industrial construction sector for over 20 years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated *skilled carpenter* to join our team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Interpret and build from construction drawings, ensuring all work meets design specifications.
• Perform skilled carpentry tasks, including demolition, framing, drop ceilings, flooring, paneling, and general finishes
• Safely operate a variety of power tools and construction equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• assist with purchasing of materials, and help organize the job site.

*Qualifications:*

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
• Skilled in the safe and effective use of power tools and construction equipment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have own tools and vehicle
