Quality Control Specialist

Your tasks

Take responsibility for end-to-end process quality control; establish and implement process quality management systems. Monitor production-line quality performance, identify process quality risks, and handle production quality abnormalities. Prepare process quality KPIs and conduct quality data analysis; drive problem closure and continuous improvement. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change quality validation. Ensure production processes remain under control and product quality meets applicable standards and customer requirements. Reduce process defects and quality-related loss costs.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in process quality, quality control, or manufacturing quality management. Familiar with quality management tools and methods,
3. Able to analyze quality data, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
4. Good command of Thai; English or Chinese communication ability is preferred.
5. Willing to work six days per week.
