Manufacturing Management Trainee

Upon successful completion of the 6-month rotation program, the final position will be determined through a comprehensive assessment based on business and position needs, academic background, individual capabilities, rotation performance, and career interests. 1.参与生产、质量、设备、计划、仓储等制造环节的轮岗学习，全面了解工厂整体运营流程。 Participate in job rotations across key manufacturing functions, including Production, Quality, Equipment/Maintenance, Production Planning, and Warehouse, to gain a comprehensive understanding of overall factory operations.

2.协助主管跟进生产计划、现场管理、质量改善、效率提升及异常处理。 Assist supervisors in following up on production plans, shop-floor management, quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and operational issue resolution.

3.收集、整理和分析生产运营数据，发现改善机会，提出改善建议并协助推动实施。 Collect, organize, and analyze production and operational data, identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and support their implementation.

4.协助跨部门沟通与协调，配合完成现场管理、项目推进及日常运营工作。 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support shop-floor management, project implementation, and daily operations.

5.完成公司安排的培训课程、轮岗任务及阶段性汇报与评估。 Complete company-assigned training programs, job rotation assignments, and periodic presentations and performance assessments.

6.积极学习制造管理知识和业务流程，逐步培养独立解决问题及承担管理职责的能力。 Actively develop knowledge of manufacturing management and business processes, while building the capability to independently solve problems and take on management responsibilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above. Fresh graduates are preferred. Majors in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred. Strong interest in manufacturing and factory operations, with a willingness to pursue long-term career development in the manufacturing industry. Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage. Willing to work at the company’s manufacturing site in Thailand and adapt to a shop-floor environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Willing to work 6 days per week.
