- Process Engineering & Process Improvement
Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to achieve production targets, product quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Analyze production processes, identify process gaps and bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and improve process parameters, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process control standards.
- Equipment Engineering & Automation
Manage, maintain, and improve production equipment, machines, tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation systems. Analyze equipment failures and perform Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and Failure Analysis to prevent recurrence. Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment improvement plans in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
- Project Engineering & Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from project initiation through installation, commissioning, and mass production. Develop project schedules, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and implementation plans. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and external partners to ensure projects are completed according to Scope, Cost, Quality, and Schedule. Manage New Equipment, New Production Line, Line Expansion, Process Modification, and Manufacturing Improvement Projects. Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize technical, quality, cost, and schedule risks. Prepare project documentation, technical reports, progress reports, specifications, and project presentations. Follow up on project progress and report project status, issues, risks, and action plans to management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Graduated from Engineering or relative majors Welcome to the new graduates! Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good command of English/Chinese and Basic communication. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, strong learning ability, and willingness to develop technical and engineering skills.
