Injection Molding Engineer – Washing Machine（chonburi）

Responsible for injection molding process management for washing machine plastic parts, including process parameter setting, optimization, and standardization. Provide technical support for injection molding production and troubleshoot defects such as shrinkage, deformation, short shots, flash, and color variation. Responsible for new product introduction, mold trials, process validation, and mass production launch. Optimize cycle time, material consumption, production efficiency, and continuously reduce manufacturing costs and defect rates. Work closely with Production, Mold, Equipment, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues during production. Prepare and maintain injection molding process documents, work instructions, and technical standards.

Qualifications: College diploma or above Can communicate in English/Chinese Experience in the home appliance industry is required; experience with manufacturing systems is a plus.
