Sales Engineer – Industry

1. Technical Expertise :

• Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications, features, and benefits of our premium tools.
• Act as a technical resource for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical solutions.

• Engage with customers, technical decision-makers and influencers to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Present technical information in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating how our premium tools meet and exceed client requirements.
• Ensure that clients receive tailored solutions that align with their technical specifications.

1. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with suppliers, marketing and customer support, to align technical aspects with overall business goals.
• Provide technical insights and feedback to contribute to continuous product improvement.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients.
• Analyse technical trends in the market and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
• Manage inventory and procurement in line with customer demand and requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role within the tools or industrial equipment industry. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including English language proficiency. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
