Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, delivering results within budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment
- Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to mitigate risks and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure strict compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and obtain necessary authority approvals
- Review project drawings to identify discrepancies and provide practical, site-based solutions to maintain project integrity
- Conduct thorough site inspections to verify workmanship quality meets required standards and specifications
- Manage project costs by controlling variations and optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Prepare detailed progress reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients to maintain transparency
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to resolve site challenges and unforeseen issues, ensuring project continuity
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects, with preference for A&A and landed house projects
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office for project scheduling and documentation
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing cross-functional teams and driving project success
- Proven problem-solving skills applied to site management and project challenges
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, local building regulations, contract administration, and safety standards
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently to meet project objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience specifically in A&A and landed house construction projects
