Training Manager / Military Training Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks:

Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of training and education concepts for national and international customer projects Conducting training needs analyses, workshops, as well as Train-the-Trainer measures and consulting customers, project teams, and executives Creation and further development of training materials as well as support in the development of digital training formats Management and coordination of internal and external trainers as well as ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all training measures Collaboration in proposal and product teams as well as support in the further development of training strategies, product features, and education concepts

Requirements:

Completed technical or military training, further training as a Meister or Techniker, or a completed Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification Several years of experience as a military instructor or in the conception, planning, and execution of technical training measures Experience in the development of training concepts as well as in handling military training equipment and training standards Good English skills as well as strong presentation, moderation, and consulting competence Structured and independent way of working, intercultural competence, as well as willingness to undertake national and international business trips
