Technical Project Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Independent planning, control, and execution of small to medium-sized technical projects or sub-projects while complying with cost, schedule, and quality targets Functional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination of all relevant internal and external interfaces Management of project communication as well as conducting coordination and negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers Monitoring and evaluation of project progress including controlling, reporting, and audience-appropriate presentation of relevant KPIs Support in the management of a Business Unit as well as participation in and leadership of governance and organizational projects to optimize internal processes

Requirements:

Completed technical university degree, e.g., Engineering or Computer Science, as well as ideally a Project Management certification according to GPM Level C Several years of experience in technical project management and in the functional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in managing complex projects regarding costs, schedules, quality, and risks Business-fluent English skills as well as strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural competence Independent and goal-oriented way of working, assertiveness and teamwork skills as well as willingness to undertake international business trips
