Strategic Buyer Construction Technical Services (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of commodity group strategies as well as observation and analysis of procurement markets
• Execution of tenders, offer analyses, as well as selection, evaluation, and further development of suppliers
• Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements for construction services, technical services, capital goods, and consumables
• Participation in cross-departmental procurement projects as well as optimization of procurement processes and standards
• Expansion of market and specialist knowledge through trade fair visits, supplier contacts, and continuous further training

Requirements:

• Completed commercial or technical training, business administration studies, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in strategic or technical procurement, ideally in the field of construction services, building technology, or materials management
• Sound knowledge of contract law as well as experience with tender, award, and billing processes
• Proficient use of SAP S/4HANA (MM module) as well as common MS-Office applications; good English skills
• Analytical, cost-conscious, and structured way of working as well as negotiation skills and willingness to undertake occasional business trips
