Project Manager Development (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Independent planning, control, and execution of development and customer projects while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality targets Functional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination of internal and external project participants Ensuring professional contract, risk, and claim management in cooperation with the specialist departments Management of customer, supplier, and partner relationships as well as conducting negotiations within the project environment Preparation of project status reports, progress assessments, and ensuring transparent project communication

Requirements:

Completed technical university degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable) Several years of experience in project management as well as in leading project teams Ideally project management certification (e.g., GPM/IPMA Level C or comparable) Business fluent English skills, other foreign languages an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as willingness to travel worldwide
