Materials Planning Analyst / Materialdisponent (m/w/d)

Tasks:

Control of material requirements planning and demand planning using XPPS and MS Excel, as well as ensuring material availability Triggering and tracking of material orders with suppliers, taking into account defined inventory targets Planning, commissioning, and monitoring of transports as well as schedule management of suppliers and freight forwarders Analysis of shortages and delivery deviations as well as coordination of suitable measures in the event of supply bottlenecks Maintenance of relevant master and planning data as well as support for ramp-ups and ramp-downs during new launches and model changes

Requirements:

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on logistics, materials management, or Supply Chain Initial professional experience in material planning, logistics, or production supply is an advantage Ideally knowledge of XPPS and IMTS as well as proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel Good written and spoken English skills as well as strong communication and teamwork skills Structured and solution-oriented way of working, hands-on mentality as well as high initiative and flexibility
